1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TryHumanify ("the Service"), operated by TryHumanify ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TryHumanify is a web-based platform that transforms AI-generated text to match your personal writing style. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your writing patterns and apply them to content you submit for transformation.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

• New accounts receive a 10-day free trial with a daily token limit.
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@tryhumanify.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
• Submit content containing personal data of third parties without their consent.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all text you submit to the Service.
• You retain ownership of all transformed output generated by the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
• We do not claim ownership of your writing style profiles or submitted content.
• The Service itself, including its design, code, and AI models, remains our intellectual property.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your content only to deliver the Service and do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
